Update v1.2.2
Thank you for all the comments and feedback over the gamejam submission! As promised I have begun to fix bugs and update the game. In this update I did a few things:
Bug Fix(es):
-Bullets no longer collide with dead bodies
Major Update(s):
-Added Dice Bounce mechanic: the player can now throw dice at walls and have them bounce off (please let me know of any buigs if found as this is a very new mechanic)
Minor Update(s):
-Slowed movement speed of all characters (enemies and player)
-Randomized movements and shooting patterns of all enemies
-Adjusted tile collision system pertaining to walls
-Added flash to player and enemies to show collisions with bullets
Planned updates for the next few weeks:
-Redesign of enemy characters including new enemy types and all new behaviors
-Random level generation
-locked rooms and on-the-ground pickups
-A defensive mechanic utilizing the dice (more to be revealed soon)
-more animation and telegraphy on enemy intentions/damage level
